Minesco, a family-owned company located in the Arve Valley in the heart of the French Alps, has been renowned for its specialist precision screw machining, particularly Escomatic machining, for over 75 years. Our human-scale company combines the agility of a responsive organisation with the industrial strength provided by one of the world’s largest fleets of Escomatic machinery.

We specialise in micro-turning metal and plastic parts with diameters from Ø 0.5 to Ø 10 mm in medium‑ and high‑volume production runs (over 50,000 parts a year).

Thanks to our expertise in Escomatic machines, we produce complex mechanical components for the most demanding sectors: automotive, medical, connectors, energy, watchmaking, home automation, etc.

Unique fleet of Escomatic
machinery in Europe

Our production facilities are based on a fleet of over 350 Escomatic machines, some of which are CNC models. These machines are renowned for their ability to produce very high precision parts, with exceptional productivity and great flexibility in machining operations. Our Escomatic CNC machines feature CNC axes, adaptable tool heads, axial spindles and a cross spindle, enabling complex machining while at the same time maintaining tight tolerances.

This know-how and expertise ensure we can reliably meet even the most demanding technical specifications. We also have a Tornos CNC sliding head machine cell to complement our Escomatic fleet for production runs requiring more specific geometries or longer machining operations.
